10 minutes: Sign up to donate to Holmes PTA every time you use your King Soopers Card Https://www.kingsoopers.com/account/communityrewards.
30 minutes: Verify your access to Schoology and PowerSchool and how to navigate to important student information. Contact Rene Bohn.
30-60 minutes: Want to help Holmes families in need? We are seeking donations for new and gently used clothes (especially athletic wear, jeans, and hoodies), coats, school supplies, and non-perishable food items. You can bring your items to the front office, or email Jamie Frieling to arrange a time for drop-off.
30-60 minutes daily: Assist with before and/or after school safety as a Crossing Guard. Please contact Darin Arnold.
Fridays, 11:00-12:40 (Can work one Friday a month or as many as four): Work our Hawk Shop during lunches to provide students with an opportunity to buy prizes with their SOAR Bucks (Behavioral Rewards). You will setup the shop, sell merchandise and close down the shop at the end of 8th grade lunch. All items are in a rolling closet, making it easy to set up and close down. Contact Annette Brown.

2 hours weekly: Assist with campus improvements or maintenance at Holmes with various work on indoor/ outdoor projects and tasks. Please contact Jacob Abeyta for details.
2.5 hours weekly (10:30am-12:30pm or 12:30-3:00pm): Supervise, provide support for and encouragement to students while they are accessing a quiet, calm room, removed from regular class. Volunteers will be required to go through D11 background check and fingerprinting process. Contact JoAnna Jones.
Varied minutes: The Holmes Counseling Department provides a variety of small snacks in the counseling office for all students. Snacks provide an opportunity for students to press a pause and reset button, as it is especially hard to regulate oneself when you are not also fed. If you would like to donate snacks to our students, a list of utilized snacks is provided below. All snacks can be dropped off at the Holmes counseling office. Snacks needed: Welches Fruit Snacks, Individual Goldfish Crackers, Nature Valley Granola Bars, Lance Peanut Butter Crackers, Lance Cheese Sandwich Crackers, Kars Trail Mix (or other individual trail mix packs), Cliff Bars, Individual Graham Crackers, 8oz Water Bottles.
