Hello parents and students. With our district moving to distance learning model the 8th grade Language Arts Department will be using Schoology and Studysync. Hi! I am Mrs.Bandy! I am from Aurora, Colorado and graduated from University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, and I am currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Instructional Technology. I recently got married in October of 2018. My husband and I have three pets. One black cat named Goose, one Yorkie named Roo, and one Saint Bernard named Fred. We live in Castle Rock, Colorado. I love Language Arts because I believe our words influence the world, and I believe every person can make a difference in this world when they use their voice. 

I update the calendar on this website with our objectives and, usually, a summary of the activity we completed in class. Please always feel welcome to reach out to me.
