Meet the Principal

Greetings! My name is Michelle "Missy" D. Hollenbeck, and it is an honor to be Carver Elementary School's principal. Many of you have heard me say, "I love my job, and I hope it shows!" 

Here are a few fun facts about me:

1.  I have been in the education field since 1982.

2.  I have three degrees: Bachelor's Degree (Washburn University), Master's Degree (Wichita State University), and Doctorate Degree (Kansas State University).

3.  I have four adult children and "almost" eight grandchildren.

4.  I absolutely adore miniature schnauzers.

5.  My hobbies include piano, trumpet, sewing, and amateur radio.
