The Technology Services Division is responsible for delivering exceptional technical assistance and support, guaranteeing flawless operation of our top-tier applications, safeguarding the security of our networks, and crafting digital innovations to fulfill the requirements of students, staff, and families.

District 11 has made significant investments in technology infrastructure.  These investments have resulted in a highly resilient wide area network infrastructure, interlinking schools via a high-speed fiber optic backbone. The extensive network serves as the conduit for sharing information and communications, facilitating connectivity to the central administrative datacenter. This connectivity ensures uninterrupted access to the Internet, intranet, application systems, file storage, printing, and telephone services.
